Communication can be developed through everyday play.

Communication and Language development is vital for building a foundation for future learning.  Language forms the foundation for interacting with other people, both verbally and non-verbally.

As one of the three prime areas of learning and development in the EYFS framework; CL concentrations on supporting and extending children's competence in communicating, speaking and listening skills.
