Infinity Breathing Board | Mindfulness | Calming Activity

This Infinity Breathing Board is beautifully crafted and designed to help children with their breathing techniques. As a child traces around the left side, they inhale, and then as they move to the right side, they exhale. Youngsters can do this with their finger – or by pushing a small wooden ball around the board. The words ‘Inhale’ and ‘Exhale’ have been engraved on the board to help remind children what they need to do.

Breathing boards are a brilliant way to help children with the art of mindfulness and gratitude. Taking a few minutes out of their day to sit with their board and trace the lines can really help them refocus and keep calm. It’s also a great resource to use with children who suffer from anxiety or overwhelm.
