This Rainbow Breathing Board is beautifully crafted and designed to help children with their breathing techniques. As a child traces the rainbow starting on the outside line, they breathe in as they follow the line, and then breathe out as it comes back around. They can do this with their finger or by pushing a small wooden ball around the board.
Breathing boards are a brilliant way to help children with the art of mindfulness and gratitude. Taking a few minutes out of their day to sit with their board and trace the rainbow lines can really help them refocus and keep calm. It’s also a great resource to use with children who suffer from anxiety or overwhelm.
