The Mini Messy Play Zone encourages sensory development as well as providing the ideal opportunity for children to experiment with sand and water. The Mobile Trolley and Tilt Tote Storage units are ideal for housing resources that can be easily accessed by young children. Each unit is manufactured in the UK and made from durable, hard-wearing and easy to clean maple melamine or plywood (product dependent). Supplied with clear tubs, baskets not included. Lifetime guarantee. Simple self-assembly for sand and water station and canopy. Part of the Millhouse Signature range.

Shipping & Returns
- We offer Free Delivery to mainland England (known as Zone A- England). This includes our standard palletised shipping (for all our larger bulky products) and smaller items as well.
- Smaller items are delivered by Parcelforce. If you are not in, you will receive a card for collection at your local post office.
How long will my products take to arrive?
If our item is stocked then it will be with you within 2-4 weeks, however if the item is larger or a larger order size – the lead-time can take up to 8 weeks.
Product arrival dates may vary depending on the complexity and scale of the project.
