The beautifully crafted Heart Breathing Board has been designed to help children, young people and adults practice the art of mindfulness and gratitude.
As they trace around the interconnecting hearts, they can focus on their breathing and find a sense of calm. They can do this with their finger or by pushing a small wooden ball (supplied) around the Heart Breating Board.
A great resource to use with children who suffer from anxiety or overwhelm.
Handmade from solid beech wood and finished in a natural raw oil.
UKCA and CE tested.
One small wooden ball is included – Caution age 3+ as small parts are a choking hazard.

- We offer Free Delivery to mainland England (known as Zone A- England). This includes our standard palletised shipping (for all our larger bulky products) and smaller items as well.
- Smaller items are delivered by Parcelforce. If you are not in, you will receive a card for collection at your local post office.
How long will my products take to arrive?
If our item is stocked then it will be with you within 2-4 weeks, however if the item is larger or a larger order size – the lead-time can take up to 8 weeks.
Product arrival dates may vary depending on the complexity and scale of the project.
