This lovely Acorn Fine Motor Board is a wonderful educational resource for children to develop their fine motor skills. Fine motor skills are movements which use the small muscles in the hand and wrist. This helps children to build up the strength and muscle memory for using pencils to write.
The Acorn Fine Motor Board is also a tens frame, having 10 holes which can be used for number recognition and recognising number bonds, number pairs e.g. 3+7=10
You can use a wide variety of objects to fill the Acorn Fine Motor Board including pebbles, felt balls and wooden balls. Children can use their hands or tongs to pick up loose parts to add to the board.
The Acorn Fine Motor Board is perfect for home learning, childminders, nurseries and schools as they are an ideal early years learning resource.
Handmade from solid beech wood and finished in a natural raw oil.

- We offer Free Delivery to mainland England (known as Zone A- England). This includes our standard palletised shipping (for all our larger bulky products) and smaller items as well.
- Smaller items are delivered by Parcelforce. If you are not in, you will receive a card for collection at your local post office.
How long will my products take to arrive?
If our item is stocked then it will be with you within 2-4 weeks, however if the item is larger or a larger order size – the lead-time can take up to 8 weeks.
Product arrival dates may vary depending on the complexity and scale of the project.
