We work with councils, schools, nurseries and building companies.  If you require a purchase order and invoice payment opposed to purchasing directly online via our shop, please contact us.  We are here to help.

Can I set up a PO (Purchase Order)?

We require customers to have an account with us for purchase orders, please contact us directly and we will be happy to set this up. We require payment with 30 days, late payments will incur a charge without prior consent.

MOE is now offering Free Delivery to England Mainland (known as Zone A - England).  This is inclusive of our standard palletised shipping (for all our larger bulky products) and smaller items as well.

Please note that Zone A mainland UK, England does not include Zone C (Scotland)

Yes, we do. We are able to ship selected products abroad or to remote areas in the UK.

How will my items be delivered?

Smaller items may be delivered by Parcelforce. If you are not in, you will be carded for collection at your local post office.

Most of our products are larger and will be delivered on palletised service.  They will require booking in on a specific date for delivery. You will be contacted in advance to arrange the delivery; please ensure that you are able to receive the delivery on that day.

How long will my products take to arrive?

If our item is stocked then it will be with you within 3-4 weeks, however if the item is larger or a larger order size -  the lead-time can take up to 8 weeks.

Product arrival dates may vary depending on the complexity and scale of the project.

Will my products be pre-assembled?

The vast majority of products will come pre-assembled and hassle-free. Complex and bespoke products may require us to assemble them onsite. More information can be found on the desired product page or contact us directly by email.

What should I look out for?

As much as possible we source products that are hassle free and fully assembled.

However due to size restrictions on pallets, our largest items are delivered in several parts, this is because of the sizes and weights of the products.  For these particular items, MOE offers a complete delivery and installation service.

If you would like to install our products yourself; your order may include parts such as:

Wood Sections: These are the packs that make up the wooden parts to your equipment. They are constructed and packaged very carefully so that no parts should fall out.

Hardware Bag: The hardware bag contains the nuts, bolts and screws necessary to build your equipment. It may also contain accessories such as climbing ropes or buckets.  All our items come with assembly instructions.

Where your item is expected to be delivered in parts, we will let you know on your delivery tracking exactly what to look out for. We don’t currently allow our couriers to make part deliveries, so all parts of your equipment should be delivered at the same time.

International Orders

We can ship our resources around the world. Simply get in touch via email with details of what you would like to order and where you would like it delivered to. We will then reply with a quote for delivery charges for your approval.

There is a problem with my delivery. What should I do?

If you believe that something is missing or damaged from your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where will my order be dropped (Delivery info)

Delivery is to ground floor only. Larger items delivery via pallet will be via curbside delivery only.

At MOE, we understand that many of our products are extremely large and require hands-on installation knowledge to get your setting or garden all set up nicely and safety.

We believe that playground equipment installation should be an exciting process – not a stressful one. So, we ensure to find a specific date to suit you before planning an exact method of installation.

Along with extensive experience, this planning is at the heart of the installation process. Furthermore, all our team members are DBS checked and fully advised regarding the day to day running of each site they visit. This allows us to complete the project with minimal disruption to our clients.

With everything planned and in order, our team of expert installers work efficiently and safely to complete the project to high industry standards. You can trust that all of our installations are completed to the full satisfaction of everyone involved.

Here are some of the main questions we tend to answer.

Where are you based and what areas do you cover?

We are based in Essex and cover the majority of the UK. We have delivered our products all across the UK.  See our map above for more info on delivery costs per Zone areas.  We also offer international delivery upon request.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order via your account located at the top of the page, alternatively contact us via our contact page. As many products are made upon order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. You have 48 hours (2 Days) to change or cancel your order.

However if the product has already been shipped then it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the product, we are afraid we do not offer free returns.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, but setting up an account is simple. All you have to do is continue through the cart where it will ask you to enter your email and create a password. This will allow you to track the progress of your order and see your invoice.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you head over to “My Account” at the top of the page, you will be redirected to the My Account page. On this page you will see “My Orders”, once you have clicked on that your order will come up with the progress.

How Can I Return a Product?

MOE accepts returns of products that may be faulty or have a manufacturers defect. Please note many of our products are made upon receipt of order, therefore not possible to return once they have been delivered unless stated above. The buyer is responsible to contact MOE within 48 hours to register any issues. You must check your products once delivered - do not sign for products without checking.

The buyer has up to 14 days to return products.  Refunds may take up to 7 days to reach your account.

Issues with Shipping or Damaged Goods from Shipper

The Goods must be examined and signed for at the time of delivery. By signing for the Goods, the Buyer intimates to the Seller that the Goods are undamaged and there are no shortages. No claims by the Buyer in respect of damage to, shortage or loss of some or all of the Goods in transit prior to delivery shall be made by the Buyer or accepted by the Seller once the Goods have been signed for.

I received my order however an item is missing?

You must notify us within two (2) days after delivery that there are missing parts or there are items missing from you order.

What are MOE wooden products made from?

MOE offers long lasting and durable equipment using sustainable pressure treated timber, galvanised screws and treating products with low-voc liquids for protection complying with all RoSPA recommendations.  We only use FSC certified timber.  To read more about our environmental policies, click here. 

 

How can I look after my products?

What guarantee/warranty does MOE Offer?

Please see individual product pages for warranties.  The warranty will be voided for improper use of equipment, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the Goods or (if there are none) good trade practice. Individual product warranties are specified on product pages.

Do you offer a free design, consultation and playground equipment visit?

Yes, we offer a free site visit. We will come and visit to discuss your ideas and offer advice for making the most out of your outdoor spaces.

Would you come and visit our school or preschool setting?

Can I return my Bespoke Order?

Due to the item/s being handmade and a bespoke design, orders are non-returnable.

My order isn’t bespoke, but I changed my mind after receiving the product, can I return it?

All returns must be wrapped in the original wrapping or wrapping that gives equal protection. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns and it will be at the cost of the buyer to return the item. We must be notified within two (2) days after delivery that you wish to return the item, returns will not be accepted after this point.

Can I have next day delivery?

Yes, next day delivery is available on some products, orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and only for items with a 'truck icon'.  This will be clearly shown on the product page.  Every attempt will be made for the product to be with you on the allocated day, however due to third parties we are afraid we can not guarantee this.

My delivery is late and I paid for next day delivery service

We do not guarantee next day delivery, every attempt is made to get the product to you within the delivery date however we do not take responsibility for late deliveries or losses due to this.
